This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Health Billing QuicPay ("QuicPay", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Health Billing QuicPay platform, including its website, software, applications, APIs, tools, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing, installing, registering for, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, QuicPay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Service solely for lawful health billing, payment processing, and administrative purposes in accordance with applicable laws and this Agreement.
No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated herein.

QuicPay is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to safeguard credentials.
Health Billing QuicPay is a technology and payment facilitation platform only. It does not provide medical advice, clinical services, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations.
You acknowledge that:
Your use of the Service is subject to QuicPay’s Privacy Policy, which describes how data is collected, used, stored, and protected.
While QuicPay implements commercially reasonable security measures, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure and that data transmission over the internet carries inherent risks.
Certain features of the Service may be subject to fees. By using paid features, you agree to:
All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, content, trademarks, logos, and proprietary technology, are owned by or licensed to QuicPay.
Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, platforms, or payment gateways. QuicPay does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, their content, availability, or practices.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
QuicPay may suspend or terminate this Agreement and your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate this Agreement, engage in unlawful activities, or pose a security, legal, or operational risk.
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUICPAY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUICPAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.
In no event shall QuicPay’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuicPay from claims arising from:
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where QuicPay is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
QuicPay reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
